I usually use old glass jars that cannot be used for canning or that I've recycled from store bought items.
- Use in place of harmful vegetable shortening.
- Make bird suet cakes (recipe here)
- Grease pans
Do you have any other suggestions, that's all I can think that I use it for. It saves a lot of money and hardly takes any time. I must say when I add it to a recipe I hardly taste bacon, but when I do, yummy!
